Welcome to NNScholar. NNScholar is an AI research workspace for academic work, including the public website, accounts, WebUse, desktop research spaces, literature search, PDF reading, AI assistance, subscriptions, evidence management, credits, and plans.

By accessing or using NNScholar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The Service

NNScholar helps support research workflows, including:

• Literature search, screening, saving, and library management.
• PDF reading, translation, summarization, question answering, and material organization.
• Evidence boards, citation tracing, subscription monitoring, and research-stage progress.
• AI research agents, academic skills, writing preparation, and deliverable organization.
• Account, credit, plan, billing, and cross-device experiences.

Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, suspicious login activity, or other security issues, contact us promptly.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

NNScholar may offer free credits, credit packs, subscriptions, or team plans. Different features may consume different amounts of credits, as shown in the product, pricing, or checkout experience.

• Review the plan, credits, validity period, price, and payment method before purchasing.
• Payment status, order records, and plan entitlements may take time to synchronize.
• Refunds, cancellations, invoices, and billing handling are subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules, and NNScholar policies in effect at the time.
• We may update pricing, credit rules, or plan entitlements. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NNScholar to:

• Violate laws, academic rules, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Upload, process, or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, harassing, or clearly harmful content.
• Access, disrupt, attack, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service without authorization.
• Share, resell, or abuse accounts, APIs, credits, promotions, or payment capabilities.
• Use automation to create abnormal requests, scrape at scale, abuse AI features, or bypass usage limits.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when these terms are violated.

AI Output and Research Responsibility

NNScholar AI features assist with search, reading, analysis, organization, and writing preparation. They do not replace professional judgment. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying sources, citations, facts, data, conclusions, and submission materials, and for following institutional, journal, funder, and academic integrity rules.

Do not submit unverified AI output as final factual or academic work.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to lawful content you upload or create. To provide the service, you grant NNScholar the limited right to process, store, transmit, and display that content as needed for features such as library, PDF reading, AI conversations, subscriptions, evidence management, and cross-device workflows.

NNScholar product interfaces, brand assets, code, model orchestration, workflow design, documentation, graphics, and service capabilities are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, resell, or misuse protected NNScholar materials without permission.

Third-Party Services and Content

NNScholar may connect to third-party services such as payment providers, email providers, cloud providers, AI model providers, literature data sources, search services, or external links.
