Complete A Research Task
Use NNScholar to search literature, download PDFs, organize a literature database, design the study, revise the manuscript, and prepare submission.
A research run is a bounded workflow: it starts with one question and ends with a reviewable literature database, PDF evidence, study design, manuscript version, or submission package.

- Define the research question, target direction, and immediate output in Chat.
- Use Literature to search database resources and ask NNScholar to identify core references, priority-reading papers, and background papers.
- Select papers, download available PDFs, and save paper records plus PDFs to Library.
- Use Library to organize the literature database by topic, stage, method, or manuscript section.
- Click a paper or PDF to open Paper reading, then ask PDF-grounded questions about methods, results, limitations, and citable evidence.
- Return to Chat and use the skill strip for Discovery-Ideation, Planning-Design, Analysis-Experiment, and Writing-Publication work.
- Use Document Writing to draft or revise the manuscript, match formatting, ask questions about the document, and run document review.
- For submission, choose Writing-Publication -> Automatic submission assistant in Chat, then use Browser for the journal portal and pause before final user-confirmed submission.

The completion standard is not that an answer sounds good. Each stage should leave a reviewable output.
Completion Check
- The research question, target output, and current stage are explicit.
- Core references are saved in Library, and PDFs are downloaded and openable.
- Important claims point back to saved papers, PDF page context, the literature database, or reviewed analysis.
- Search terms, inclusion choices, exclusions, and download status are recorded when reproducibility matters.
- Manuscript text is traceable to source evidence and matches the target format.
- Key files, figures, manuscript versions, or submission materials appear in Deliverables or Document Writing.
- Repeating work is moved into Research automation instead of relying on memory.
